Data that we can process
Identification and contact data; professional and organizational information; content of consultations and meetings; data necessary to prepare, execute and support a proposal or contract; communication preferences; and minimum technical information necessary for the security and operation of the website.

Purposes
Respond to queries and meeting requests; prepare proposals and manage pre-contractual relationships; provide and support the contracted services; comply with administrative, accounting, tax and legal obligations; maintain the security of the website and systems; and send commercial communications only when there is a legitimate basis and the person can object or withdraw their consent.

The application of pre-contractual measures and the execution of a contract; compliance with legal obligations; the legitimate interest in maintaining professional relationships, maintaining security and improving care, weighed against the rights of individuals; and consent when necessary, for example for commercial communications not covered by another basis.

Recipients and suppliers
We do not sell personal data. We may communicate data when there is a legal obligation or to suppliers acting on behalf of TerraceLab, such as hosting and web publishing services, mail and collaboration, CRM and meeting agenda, technological support, consulting and other necessary suppliers. These providers are subject to contracts and obligations of confidentiality and security.

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, TerraceLab will use valid mechanisms under the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other applicable guarantees, and will evaluate additional safeguards where appropriate.

Conservation periods
We keep the data for the time necessary to serve the purpose. Queries without a contractual relationship are reviewed and deleted when they are no longer useful; contractual, accounting and tax documentation is kept for the required periods; and the data used for commercial communications are maintained until opposition or withdrawal of consent, without prejudice to blocks to address responsibilities.

Rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability, as well as withdraw consent without affecting the prior legality. You can also object to automated decisions where applicable. Write to info@theterracelab.com. If you consider that your rights have not been taken care of, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

Minors
TerraceLab’s website and commercial services are not aimed at minors for direct contracting. In educational projects, the processing of data of students or minors, if necessary, will be specifically defined with the center or entity responsible and with the corresponding guarantees.

Security and updating
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. No system is foolproof, so we review measures based on risk. This policy may be updated due to legal, technical or service changes; The current version and its date will always be available on this page.
